Wanda Lou Willis and Charlie Carlson

Wanda Lou Willis is a folklore historian who specializes in Hoosier folktales and historic research. She is the author of Haunted Hoosier Trails and More Haunted Hoosier Trails and soon to be published Ghosthunting Indiana: America’s Haunted Roadtrip. She is a former features writer for the Indianapolis Star’s “Seniority Counts” section and contributor to the SouthernIN on-line magazine and the Suite 101 – Folklore site. Currently she writes for Country Roads: Southeastern Indiana’s Lifestyle Magazine. Willis also made regular appearances on Fox 59’s Early Morning show and has been on numerous local and international radio shows.

Charlie Carlson is the author of a dozen Florida books, big and small, and over 200 magazine and newspaper articles about Florida ’s past and folklore. He is a member of several historical societies and is a charter member of the Grand Order of Weird Writers of America. He has owned and operated his own traveling circus sideshow and presently has a stage illusion show which plays 12 engagements each year, half of which are for fund raising benefits. Known as Florida ’s Master of the Weird by his readers, Charlie has appeared in numerous television documentaries, including playing the role of Professor Charles Moorehouse in the Curse of the Blair Witch on the SciFi Channel and in Blockbuster’s video, Stix and Stones. He has been featured in documentaries on the History Channel and in several DVD documentaries related to unexplained phenomena and Florida history. He has appeared in two DVD movies, Hunt For the Devil “Spookhunters Films, 2006” and as screenwriter, actor and producer in Henry Blackhart is Dead.
